In 2021 Laura's exhibition on co-operative livestock marts was funded by Roscommon County Council and Creative Ireland through the Creativity in Older person fund. The exhibition in Roscommon Arts Centre hosted an extensive photography collection, a playful installation in the centre of the space and played host to a collection of audio recordings recorded by the Artist. Laura interviewed local farmers over the course of this project collecting stories of past and present farming experiences from participants.
